Where is my order?

 

If the subscription you ordered is 12 issues or more a year please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery from the date your order was placed (unless paying by check, then it is from check processed date). If your subscription is 11 issues or less a year please allow up to 14 weeks for delivery from the date your order was processed (unless paying by check, then it is from check processed date).

  

 

How can I change my address on an order?

 

At this time we are unable to change addresses on your order. If you move and wish to change the address on your order, please search for the magazine's website on the internet and change your address manually using their customer service page. Almost all major publishers allow this online.

 

 

I tried using a coupon code and received the message “Error Coupon code entered is not valid or reached it maximum usage limit.”  Does this mean the coupon code is no longer valid?

 

That is correct. If you are receiving this message it means that the coupon code is no longer valid.

 

 

I am trying to pay by credit card and I am receiving an error message?

 

Some credit card companies see a red flag with small purchases. This is normal for credit cards with automatic alert systems. You may have to call your credit card company to clear this order previous to ordering. If you still have a problem, please send a check or money order to cover this order.
 

 

I would like to place an order as a gift. Can I do so and send a message to the recipient?

 

We are able to drop ship orders but unable to include a message with the order. We ask that if you are purchasing a subscription from us as a gift, to please let the recipient know it is from you.

  

 

Do you automatically renew my subscription at the end of its term?

 

No, we do not. If you are interested in purchasing a renewal you may do so from our website.
